Proper Capital & Real Estate recently represented the buyer in the acquisition of a VyStar Credit Union branch property located at 13075 North Main Street in Jacksonville, Florida. The 4,712-square-foot bank branch sold for $2.1 million and marks a strategic addition to the buyer’s existing ownership in the area.
What makes this transaction particularly significant is the property’s relationship to The Shoppes of North Main shopping center. The buyer already owns the adjacent retail center, and the VyStar branch serves as an outparcel to the development. Acquiring the property allows the ownership group to consolidate control of a key component of the center, creating long-term value and operational flexibility.
Situated on approximately 1.29 acres along North Main Street, the property benefits from 277 feet of frontage and exposure to an average of 12,700 vehicles per day. The standalone branch was constructed in 2011 and includes a four-lane drive-through, a dedicated ATM lane, and 33 parking spaces.
