Shores Fine Wine & Spirits Continues Work Toward Girvin Site
May 30, 2025 – Proper Capital & Real Estate is proud to be representing Shores Fine Wine & Spirits as a broker in purchasing and redeveloping a closed Wendy’s fast-food restaurant in the Girvin area of East Arlington.
The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a permit application for Shores to redevelop the existing quick-service restaurant into a 7,500-square-foot drive-thru liquor store with associated parking areas, utilities and stormwater facilities.
